To comply with this visa:

  • You must be enrolled in a course of study in Australia
  • You must have parental consent and welfare arrangements as well as the evidence of enrolment in school for those student visa applicants below 18 years of age
  • The English language requirements must be met by candidates (Not Applicable for streamlined process)
  • You must have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), or fall in one of the exemption categories
  • Proof of financial sufficiency for the duration of your course or stay in Australia (Not Applicable for streamlined process)
